XPMC-2 Released by Splizzle...
Splizzle has been in the kitchen cooking shit up again! ohhhh....
Let me tell you it's delicious!
If this theme is not on your machine then download it NOW!

Needing no further introduction let me proudly present XPMC-2!

Preview Theme

Finally releasing this beast.

You need to install python prior to installing this theme or you will get errors. (thanks to mini-man for writing the mail checker script. )

Python: Click Here!

Notes and permissions are in the readme. Please read it before asking me questions.

Note: If you have loose-screws as a NLM in your step.rc, modules will not download correctly and litestep will freeze. Check c:\litestep\step.rc to see if it is in there. If it is, delete it.

Sandwich Litestep Theme
It's been a quite time for litestep themes as of lately and its nice to see a new theme come along worth mentioning...

This theme requires xPaintclass, so if you don’t have it, or need to update to the latest build (1.0 update-4), you can download it here: Click Here!
Just put xPaintClass-1.0.dll in your Litestep folder.

So you don’t get module loading errors, it would be a good idea to install some system dll’s specifically for litestep. Download here: Click Here!
Put the dll’s in your Litestep folder.

When first loading theme, if you are prompted about multiple DLL files found for rainmeter, check the "Install all dll files" box, then scroll down and select Rainmeter.dll, then click install.

If you don’t want to install the included fonts manually, you are given the option to let LiteStep do it for you when you first load the theme. You will not be prompted again if you decline.

Everything you could need to know is in the included readme, so please read it before asking questions. Thank you.

A lot of work went into this, so please enjoy.

Thanks splizzle for your hard effort on this one!

New Litestep Module tVol-0.2 Released!
Tobbe's first ever released LS module We hope someone finds it useful.

It's a really basic module that can set, get, mute and unmute your system sound volume. You set the volume with !tVolSet , you get it with !tVolGet and you mute/unmute it with !tVolToggleMute. Calling !tVolGet will populate the evar $tVolVolume$ with the current system sound volume.

The volume setting and getting part is not really meant to be used on its own, but rather by some script written in lua, python, mzscript or the like.

This module is supposed to control the main system volume using simple bang commands. What sets this module appart from all other volume changing modules is that this one can also get the current volume. This can be very usefull when scripting.

Download it here: tVol-0.2
Please let him know if you find any bugs

Site Updates...
In a effort to bring back Module Descriptions I have setup a new way for the site to utilize module downloads.

Users have been able to upload new modules as of just recently and I wanted a way for Litestep users to figure out what modules do before they download them.

My goal is to create 225 width X 169 height images of all the modules and explain what each module does.

Considering there is 1500 modules for Litestep this may take me some time.
If there is anyone interested in creating the image files this would help out greatly. There are many modules that do not need a new image for a different version of the same module so this 1500 number is really exaggerated and should go much faster. However it is still quite a task!

I would like to start with all the xmodules first because they are really the future of litestep. We can follow up with the most used modules after that.

After you finish up your graphics you can email me or use the submit module feature to upload.

Thanks to everyone who wishes to help!
